Early Bird rates apply to registrations completed before the announced deadline.
Participants who wish to attend both the Cambridge and Surrey sessions should select the Full Conference Registration option.
The online payment system will be available shortly. Participants are encouraged to complete registration in advance.

What the Registration Fee Covers

Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference;
A Formal Dinner at a Cambridge University college;
A traditional River Cam punting experience in Cambridge;
Campus and laboratory visits at the University of Surrey.

Conference Format

This conference will be organized in a two-stage format. The first part of the meeting will be held in Cambridge, UK, over two to three days, featuring plenary sessions and thematic discussions. The conference will then move to Guildford, where the remaining sessions will take place at the University of Surrey, focusing on specialized discussions, laboratory visits, and in-depth academic interaction.

The detailed program will be announced closer to the conference dates. Participants are kindly advised to plan their travel arrangements accordingly.

The online payment system will be opened in due course. Participants are kindly requested to complete their preliminary registration in advance.
