Registration & Fees

The conference registration fee is structured into three categories. Please refer to the details below.

Notes

  • Early Bird rates apply to registrations completed before the announced deadline.
  • Participants who wish to attend both the Cambridge and Surrey sessions should select the Full Conference Registration option.

 

What the Registration Fee Covers

  • Coffee breaks during the conference;
  • A Formal Dinner at a Cambridge University college;
  • A traditional River Cam punting experience in Cambridge;
  • Campus and laboratory visits at the University of Surrey.


Refund Policy

As the registration fee covers invitation letter processing, coffee breaks, formal dinner, restaurant reservations, college visits, and conference transportation, refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons will be handled as follows:

  • If the invitation letter has been issued and the refund request is submitted before 14 August 2026, 70% of the registration fee may be refunded;
  • For refund requests submitted after 14 August 2026, as relevant conference arrangements will have been confirmed, 30% of the registration fee may be refunded.
All refund requests must be submitted to the Organizing Committee by email. The final refundable amount is subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee.



Conference Format

This conference will be organized in a two-stage format. The first part of the meeting will be held in Cambridge, UK, over two to three days, featuring plenary sessions and thematic discussions. The conference will then move to Guildford, where the remaining sessions will take place at the University of Surrey, focusing on specialized discussions, laboratory visits, and in-depth academic interaction.
The detailed program will be announced closer to the conference dates. Participants are kindly advised to plan their travel arrangements accordingly.
